Judicial Institute organizes development course for Ministry of Defense officers

    The Judicial Institute organized a three-month development course for human rights officers working in the field of criminal and administrative investigation of the Ministry of Defense.

"Twenty-one participants entered this course to develop their skills in the field of the criminal and administrative investigation, where the materials studied were divided into two lectures distributed within five days a week, which included the Criminal Investigation Law, criminal trials, human rights, criminal evidence, penal law, forensic medicine, and administrative law," said a correspondent for the Media Center of the Supreme Judicial Council.  

For his part, Major General Jurist Ali Abdul Wahid Hadi Al-Shammari, general legal adviser at the Ministry of Defense, and Major General Shaukat Ahmed Abdul Baki, secretary-general of the Legal Department, visited the Judicial Institute to learn about the training of officers, praising the work of the Supreme Judicial Council for holding such courses that contribute significantly to the development of the work of participants in all fields."
