AL-Karkh Investigation Court ratified the confessions of a terrorist who set the fake checkpoints in Kirkuk

AL-Karkh Investigation Court Competent in Terrorist Cases ratified the statements of a convicted that is Da'esh-affiliated for setting the fake checkpoints in Kirkuk in order to target Iraqi security forces.

 The official Spokesman of Supreme Judicial Council, judge Abdul Sattar Berqdar said that AL-Karkh Investigation Court ratified the statements of a member of terrorist Da'esh who confessed of setting  the fake checkpoints for the organization in Kirkuk to target the security forces.

Berqdar added that the terrorist was found in possession of  29 local made explosive devices, base to launch missiles and forged identity cards. He admitted that it was scheduled to use them against Iraqi security forces.

Pointing out that the court ratified the terrorist statements and the measures were taken in accordance with Article 4 of Anti-Terrorist Act.
