Al Karkh crimes : Ten years imprisonment for an impostor as a judge

The Karkh Criminal Court sentenced a convicted person to 10 years  imprisonment for imposter as a judge.  A reporter for the Media Center of the Supreme Judicial Council said that the first panel in the Criminal Court of Baghdad / Karkh considered the case of a defendant accused of impersonating a judge in the capital Baghdad, pointing out that this charge by the confession of the accused before the Court of Investigation and referred to the Criminal Court. He added that the Criminal Court had examined the evidence and the arrest records, including the confessions of the owner of the rented house in Al-Jamia district, where he identified himself as a judge in a Baghdad court. The court also heard the statements of the security establishment, which also confirmed that he was working as a judge and  has opened inside the area  the judge's bakery.  He confirmed that the court issued a sentence of ten years imprisonment for the accused in accordance with the provisions of resolution 160 / first of  , based on the provisions of article 182 / a fundamentalism and the decision can be challenged discriminator
