Al-Karkh Criminal Court :15 Years Imprisonment for Two Convicted of Making a Hole in Oil Pipeline in al-Dorah

Al-Karkh Criminal Court of Presidency of Federal Baghdad/Al-Karkh Appeal Court sentenced two convicts to 15 years in prison due to crime of making a hole in an oil pipeline in al-Dorah ,extraction of  and trafficking oil .

The first panel of Al-Karkh Criminal Court tried the case of two convicts who had made an oil pipeline in Muamera neighborhood , al-Dorah and then trafficked crude oil. It sentenced them to fifteen years in prison , The statement of the  Media Center of the Supreme Judicial Council stated.

Two judgments are in accordance with article (6/first) of Act Against Smuggling of Petrol Derivatives and in pursuant with article (4/1) of Anti-Terrorism Act No.13 of 2005 .
