Al-Shaab Investigation Court Ratifies Confessions of One of the Most Important Stolen-Car Gangs in Baghdad

Al-Shaab Investigation Court of Presidency of Federal Baghdad/Rusafa  Appeal Court  ratified the confessions of members of  a stolen-car gang in northern Baghdad.

Al-Shaab Investigation Court ratified the confessions of two accused persons who have joined a gang which stole cars in the northern capital and then went to Al-Shaab or Al-Banouk. This gang is known under name (Tiba) since they were driving Tiba car , the reporter of the Media Center of the Supreme Judicial Council in the Presidency of /Rusafa Appeal  said.

He added according to the confessions written down by the court, the  accused persons committed many stolen processes by hiring and luring the owners of taxi in Baghdad areas and then going to one of the gang's headquarters in the northern capital to carry out the robbery .

He kept on that Al-Shaab Investigation referred the accused persons to the competent criminal court to be punished fairly.
