Central Criminal Court :15 Years Imprisonment for Two Convicts who Stole Two Citizens

Central Criminal Court of Presidency of Federal Baghdad/Rusafa Appeal Court issued 15 years imprisonment sentence against  two convicts who had stolen two citizens owning office of keycard.

Central Criminal Court tried the cases of two convicts who confessed to the robbery had been carried out near the Ministry of Financial  , the statement of the  Media Center of the Supreme Judicial Council mentioned.

It indicated that the convicts confirmed the shooting of a victim's leg because he did not give them the sum of money. The verdict was in accordance with article (442) of Iraqi Penal Code.
