Najaf Criminal Court :Life Imprisonment for a Convict Who Kidnapped Two Girls in Cooperation with Others to Exploit them in Prostitution

Najaf  Criminal Court sentenced a convict to life in prison and financial penalty of IQD twenty five million because he and two accused persons  kidnapped two girls to sexually exploit them in prostitution.

Najaf Criminal Court tried the cases of a convict whose confessions confirmed that he kidnapped two girls from their houses in al-Zarqa , Kufa by deceiving  them in order to sexually exploit them in prostitution and crime, The reporter of the  Media Center of the Supreme Judicial Council stated.

It added that the judgment was in accordance with article (6/first, second and fourth) and pursuant to article (1) of Anti-Human Trafficking Act No.(28)of 2012.
