Kut Investigation Court Ratifies Confessions of Accused who was Arrested in Possession of Crystal Meth

Kut Investigation Court ratifies confessions of an accused who was arrested in possession of crystal meth in the governorate.

The Department of Drug Affairs arrested the accused who possessing the crystal meth , a statement of the Media Center of the Supreme Judicial Council reported.

The statement added that the accused admitted of abusing , trafficking and selling crystal to the drug abusers in Kut city.

It also indicated that the court had ratified his statements and had taken all proceedings in accordance with article(28/first) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act No.(50)of 2017.
