Nineveh Criminal : Capital Punishment for a Terrorist who Worked in a Security Detachment of Terrorist ISIS Groups

Nineveh Criminal Court issued a capital punishment sentence against a terrorist who had worked in a security detachment of terrorist ISIS groups in Al-Shirqat city .

Nineveh Criminal Court sentenced a terrorist to death by hanging due to his working in a security detachment in Al-Shirqat city to hold violators of the terrorist organization accountable , the reporter of the Media Center of the Supreme Judicial Council said

He added that the terrorist is a resident of Mosul. He joined courses of theology ,belief and learning to fight.

It indicated that the court issued its verdict in accordance with article (4/1) of Anti-Terrorism Act No.(13) of 2005.
