The jurisdiction  of the judiciary of  integrity shall be in major cases and the  commission shall be concerned with  great and important corruption cases or what it constitutes a corruption phenomenon. The judiciary thus decides whether the case is important or not.

He kept on that the drafting of the regulations and texts of implementation of the governmental contracts shall be reviewed since many considered  corruption cases related to wasting public property caused by tendering  contracts because the regulations in force written in a way opens up for the interpretation which opens the way for corruption. It also must review the mechanisms and criteria upon which  the special grades of the civil service are chosen in order to select the efficient and honest officials as well as the necessity to audit the governmental contracts by the Financial Supervision Bureau before implementation   as precaution to prevent the corruption.
