Najaf Criminal Court: 7 Years Imprisonment for Convict who Electronically Blackmailed and Bargained with a Woman

Najaf Criminal Court handed down sentence of 7 years imprisonment against convict who bargained with a woman for money in order to delete her photos sent by her via social media sites.

Najaf Criminal Court considered a case of a convict who admitted to bargaining with a woman for IQD ten million to delete her photos sent by her via social media site (facebook), the reporter of the  Media Center of the Supreme Judicial Council

He added that the verdict was in accordance with article (430/1) and pursuant to (47,48,49) of Iraqi Penal Code.
