Thi Qar Criminal Court: Three Death Sentences for a Terrorist Kidnapped and Killed Citizens in Anbar

Thi Qar Criminal Court handed down three death sentences by hanging against a terrorist on offence of killing three citizens in Anbar for terrorist purposes.

First panel of Thi Qar Criminal  Court considered a case of convict who kidnapped and killed three citizens in Hadithah in Anbar governorate , the reporter of the Media Center of the Supreme Judicial Council stated.

It kept on that the three verdicts are in accordance with article(4/1) of Anti-Terrorism Act No(13) of 2005.
