Al-Karkh Criminal Court : Capital Punishment for two convicts Took Part in Kidnapping the Former Egyptian Ambassador

Al-Karkh Criminal Court of Presidency of Federal Baghdad/Al-Karkh Appeal Court handed down two  death sentences against two convicts who participated in kidnapping the former Egyptian ambassador.

First panel at Al-Karkh Criminal Court tried the case of two convicts admitted to kidnapping the former Egyptian in Nafaq al-Shurta , took him to al-Amiriya and then to Fallujah , the statement of the  Media Center of the Supreme Judicial Council said

It added the court found the evidences and the statements were enough to issue death sentence by hanging . The judgments were in accordance with article (421/c/f/d) of Penal Code No.111 of 1969(amended).
