Maysan Criminal Court : 15 Years Imprisonment for Convicted of Tribal Attack

Maysan Criminal Court sentenced a convict to 15 years in prison for  perpetrating  a tribal attack in Major Al-Kabir district, Amara city.

Maysan Criminal Court considered a case of a convict who committed a tribal attack and shot a citizen's house by Kalashnikov  because they had quarreled in Major Al-Kabir district , The reporter of the  Media Center of the Supreme Judicial Council said.

He added the court sentenced the convict in accordance with article(4/1)  and pursuant to article (2/1) of Anti-Terrorism Act No.(13) of 2005 and pursuant to article (132) of Penal Code.
