6 Years Imprisonment for Persons Convicted of Theft of House in Rahama Area

Najaf Criminal Court handed down sentence of 6 years imprisonment against four convicts over crime of theft a house and a strip mall in Rahama neighborhood.

Najaf Criminal Court considered a case of four convicts who admitted to stealing a house and strip mall which is part of it in Rahama neighborhood in the daytime , the reporter of the  Media Center of the Supreme Judicial Council

The convicts had stolen fifty different types mobiles, amount of money and five plasma screens of different size as well as  account balances of mobile.

He added that the verdicts were in accordance with article (444/1 and 4) of Iraqi Penal Code.
