Al-Karkh Investigation Court on terrorist cases released eight accused juvenile persons who among defendants received from Syrian Democratic Forces.
The investigations proved the accused were not related to terrorist ISIS because they were under fifteen years old and at the earliest age when they were arrested , a statement of the Media Center of the Supreme Judicial Council reported.
The competent judge said that the released were forced to move with their parents from Iraq to Syria , noting that Iraqi judiciary doesn't hold those boys the responsibilities for the terrorism committed by their parents since they have no authority to where they are.
It is noteworthy that Syrian Democratic Forces handed over batches of detainees suspected of belonging to terrorist ISIS to Iraqi authorities earlier this year.
