Bayaa Investigation Ratifies Confessions of Gang Accused of an ‎Armed Robbery ‎

Bayaa Investigation Court  of Presidency of Baghdad/Al-Karkh Federal Appeal Court ratified the confessions of group of accused of an armed robbery in al-Alam and Saydiyah in south-west of Baghdad.

The accused admitted  to committing the crimes of armed robbery in 2015-2016.  They had worn a military uniform and impersonated members of security forces in order to be able to break into houses and steal money and jewelers , the statement of the Supreme Judicial Council  reported. 

The court ratified the  statements  of the accused to refer them to trial courts in accordance with article (440) of Penal Code.
