Rusafa Investigation Ratifies Confessions of Accused of Employing his Brother at al-Kadimiyah Traffic

Rusafa Investigation Court of the Presidency of Baghdad/ Rusafa Federal Appeal Court has ratified the statements of an accused who employed his brother at al-Kadhimiyah Traffic Tax without any legal status.

The accused admitted before the investigative judge to employing his brother without any legal status and violation of the law and instructions. The accused and his brother were blackmailing citizens by delaying their transactions  in order to illegally obtain sums of money, a statement of Media Center of the Supreme Judicial Council reported. The court took the legal procedures in accordance with article(307) of Iraqi Penal Code and to refer to a trial court to be punished fairly.
