Central Investigation Court has started to extradite 188 Turkish children who left by ISIS in Iraq in presence of representatives of Iraqi and Turkish governments and international organizations.
Central Investigation Court which responsible for terrorist file and foreign defendants, has handed over 188 children to Turkish side , judge Abdul Sattar Berqdar , the official spokesman of the Supreme Judicial Council said.
He added a few adults who were convicted on charges of crossing the border and invalid residence and their punishment was over, were among them. The extradition has been supervised by the judiciary that accompanied them till they got on plane.
The extradition was in presence of a representatives of Iraqi Foreign Affairs Ministry and Turkish Embassy in Baghdad as well as international organizations such as UNICEF.
