Karkh investigation court on terrorist cases revealed the arrest of terrorist group responsible for many criminal operation in Kirkuk , confirming the defendants had been ordered to burn agricultural corps in various areas in the province.
Karkh investigation court on terrorist cases has investigated a terrorist group of three defendants working in alleged Kirkuk state in terrorist ISIS ,official spokesman of the Supreme Judicial Council, judge Abdul Sattar Berqdar said.
Beqdar stated the defendants admitted to involving in implementation several terrorist operations in Kirkuk as well as receiving orders by so-called prince of Kirkuk state to burn agricultural crops in areas of the province.
The defendants confirmed their confessions that following they were ordered , they prepared the required materials and provided with mechanism to be followed . The supposed mechanism was using matches tied to bottom of incense sticks and thrown in dry places in the agricultural crops
The security forces under the supervision of investigative judge of central court arrested defendants since they are wanted for other crimes which preventing their implementation of the burning operations.
The court has taken all the proceedings and ratified their confessions judicially for many offenses in accordance with article 4 /1 of Anti-Terrorism Act.
