Media Center of the Supreme Judicial Council said that incorrect interpretation of the decision of the Supreme Judicial Council related to deactivate judge who works outside the judiciary needs clarification. The Media Center confirmed the intention of deactivating doesn't mean a punishment for appointing at a legislative authority or executive authority since the penalties provided exclusively by Judicial Organization Code and don't include deactivating in addition there is no reason for diligence but it is just administrative procedure by the Supreme Judicial Council. The judge may not simultaneously combine two functions so that he/she is written off from the records of the Supreme Judicial Council as he /she starts his/her new job outside the Supreme Judicial Council whether at the legislative authority or executive authority after his/her administrative and financial tie with the Supreme Judicial Council ends.
