Supreme Judicial Council Celebrates the Graduated Students of ‎Course (40) from Judicial Institute ‎

New eighteen judges graduated of course (40) from the Judicial Council are sworn by President of the Supreme Judicial Council , judge Faiq Zidan to start their job at Iraqi courts.

The President of the Supreme Judicial Council in his word congratulated the graduates on occasion of taking judicial office by which they can serve the people to settle the disputes. Noting it is great responsibility since it judges in name of the people .

Judge Faiq Zidan recommended the new judges to apply law impartially , in independence and taking into account the humanitarian aspect in every cases that they consider in a way that doesn't violate the rights of citizens and state especially in the difficult circumstances which our great country passes. In his word, He also intensified that they shall protect the constitutional rights  to expression and peaceful demonstration. Confirming that  Supreme Judicial Council is a strong backup.

Judge Faiq Zidan stressed that the new judges shall cooperate with lawyers to access rights and respect the right to defense since it is a constitutional right.
