Karkh Investigation Court competent in terrorism-case ratified statements of six terrorists had established dugouts underground in Anbar desert .
The terrorist group had been led by a defendant , Syrian national, re-called Syrian Abu Hajer who was working for terrorist ISIS in Syria and had been ordered to transfer with his group to Anbar desert , a statement of the Media Center of the Supreme Judicial Council said.
Security forces carried out airstrikes after they had been identified a rocky area in Anbar desert where dugouts had been established, the statement added, the terrorist group was carrying out specific type of operations inside the city and then returned to the dugouts.
The leaders of the terrorist organization issued orders to withdraw to safe cities such as Baghdad where they had been arrested and ratified their statements in accordance with article (4) of Anti-Terrorism Act No.(13) of 2005. They are referring to trial court to be punished fairly.
