Karkh Investigation Court issues summon against the former minister of agriculture

Karkh Investigation Court has summoned the former minister of agriculture regarding the information that he stated falsely  in an interview by a satellite channel.

The summon has been issued against the former minister of agriculture in accordance with provisions of article 211 of the law following it was proven that the information was not fabricated as he alleged when he appeared before the court on 2020/5/6, the statement of the Media Center of the Supreme Judicial Council said.
