Nineveh Appeal starts work of free electronic form service project of marriage contract in courts affiliated with it

Pursuant to the recommendations of the Supreme Judicial Council to reduce the routine measures on citizens and to shorten time and efforts, Presidency of Nineveh Federal Appeal Court has started free form service project of marriage contract which is available on website of the Supreme Judicial Council. This project has been made according to efforts of staff working at the computer section at the presidency of appeal and under the supervision of Chief of Nineveh Federal Appeal Court, judge Salem Mohammed Noori al-Badrani. The recipient shall fill the form with the required data then send it to the court where the marriage contract will be conducted. After that,  the date of the attendance to the court will be set  by receiving a text message by mobile of the parties of the contract to be completed in the court.
