Designation of judges to consider assault incidents on health cadres

Supreme Judicial Council has announced designation of judge in all presidencies of appeal court  to receive notification about attack on health cadres.

The presidencies of appeal courts have named a judge competent in receiving direct notifications about incidents of attack on doctors and members of health institutions, a reporter of the Media Center of the Supreme Judicial Council stated.

The presidency of Judicial Supervision Commission informed Ministry of Health and Environment about that. The health departments in all governorates have been informed by administrative orders issued by presidencies of appeal courts including complete details upon how to communicate with judges to notify these incidents, he added
