Judicial Institute organizes third specialized lecture on constitutional Jurisdiction

On Saturday 2020.12.5, the Judicial Institute organized third specialized lecture on Constitutional Jurisdiction. The Institute holds it under supervision of Dean of Collage of Law at University of Baghdad Dr. Ali Al-Hilali and with participation of a number of vice-presidents of appeal court and first rank judges from various of governorate. It is worth mentioning that the Supreme Judicial Council has decided to organize these lecture periodically to prepare judicial cadre competent in constitutional jurisdiction.
