On Tuesday 12.29.2020, elections for members of the Board of the Iraqi Judiciary Association were held in all Federal Appeal Courts.
The Central Committee in Baghdad conducted the counting process for the votes of the voters participating in the elections of the Board of the Iraqi Judiciary Association. The elections resulted in the winning of the judges: Ghaleb Amer Al-Gharibawi, Dhekra Jasim Dakhil, Sattar Mohammed Gharib, Mohammed Kashimash Kazar, Falah Karim Wnass, Khalaf Ahmad Rajab and Ali Abd al-Zahra Abbas as the main members of the new session while the judges ,Abd al-Sattar Radhi Jaber, Asma Abbas Ali and Ahmad Qasim Mohammed won as reserve members, the Media Center of the Supreme Judicial Council stated.
The media center stressed that the elections witnessed professional competition between the candidates and under the supervision of the subcommittees supervising the elections in the courts of the federal presidencies of appeal. Noting that 24 candidates participated in the elections from all the courts of the Supreme Judicial Council.
