President of the Supreme Judicial Council receives new British ambassador to Iraq

The President of the Supreme Judicial Council, Judge Dr. Faiq Zidan, received on Monday 2.8.2021, the new ambassador of the UK to Iraq Mr. Richardson and he discussed with him the following up the cooperation between the two countries in legal and judicial fields and anti-terrorism issues.

The British ambassador confirmed the support of the UK to the effort of an independent high electoral commission to hold legislative elections on the set date  10.10.2021 and provide all means to success.
