Ten years for a criminal impersonated a judge

Al-Karkh Criminal Court sentenced a criminal (H.H.T)to ten years in prison due to impersonating a judge at the Supreme Judicial Council.

The criminal who had impersonated a judge hold communications with a number of officials and employees in the government with the aim of mediating the completion of transactions for sums of money in a way that harms the Iraqi judiciary as well as creating accounts on social media sites under name of judges at integrity courts and supreme court,   a reporter of the  Media Center of the Supreme Judicial Council stated.

The court issued the sentence against the criminal in accordance with Resolution 160/1st/1 &2 of 1983 (Resolution of dissolved Revolutionary Command Council.
