Cassation Commission at Presidency of Salah al-Din Federal Appeal Court issued (3705) cassation decisions including checking decisions were made by subcommittees competent in fulfilling the transactions of the citizens who affected by the war operations, military mistakes, and terrorist operations in the province.
The committee was headed by the chief justice, judge Abd Mushhan Hamadan, vice-chief judge Hayef Salem Jassim and Salem Abd Mohammed. This committee vetted the decisions of the first, second, and third subcommittees from the beginning of the year to November and the work continues, the reporter of the Media Center of the Supreme Judicial Council stated.
4700compensatory files were received to submit to the commission in order to make the right cassation decision and 3705 compensatory files regarding the damaged properties were checked at the headquarters of the public prosecution in Salah al-Din for the same period and the rest files are still under checking to achieve them, the reporter added.
It is worth mentioning that the Supreme Judicial Council directed that the transactions of the citizens who were affected by the war operation, military mistakes, and terrorist operations in Salah al-Din shall be fulfilled quickly.
