The Supreme Judicial Council approached the Prime Minister to circulate Mosul's experience of monitoring of the Public Prosecution for mechanisms to disburse funds allocated to projects in the governorates

 The Supreme Judicial Council, in its fifth session, held on 15/5/2022, praised the efforts of the Public Prosecution Committee in Mosul, which is charged with monitoring the mechanism for disbursing funds allocated to implement service projects in the governorate to reconstruct it. The efforts of the committee in cooperation with management of the Ninewa  governorate resulted in reducing the waste of money and allocating for the projects that the governorate needs.  The success of this experiment made the Council decided to approach the Prime Minister to consider coordination with the rest of the governorates to follow the same mechanism in monitoring the disbursement of funds allocated for the reconstruction of the governorates.
