Maysan Criminal Court issues a judgment of 15 years imprisonment ‎against whom targeted the house of the martyr judge Ahmed Faisel ‎Khasaf ‎

Maysan Criminal Court sentenced a criminal (S.A) to 15 years in prison for participation with other accused in planning and bombing the house of betrayed martyr judge Ahmed Faisel Khasaf.

The court issued a judgment of 15 years imprisonment against the criminal(S.A) who admitted to previously planning and throwing IED on the door of the house of the judge for terrorist purposes, the reporter of the Media Center of the Supreme Judicial Council stated.

The judgment against the criminal is in accordance with articles 2/1 and 4/1 of Anti-Terrorism Act No.13of 2005 and pursuant to article 132/1 of Penal Code
