The Judicial Institute Has Been Holding Two Courses for the Members of the Domestic Security Forces Courts and the Intelligence Officers

The Judicial Institute which is one of the formations of Supreme Judicial Council  has held two courses, one of which  for the members of the domestic security forces court of the Ministry of Interior and the other is for the intelligence officers.

Judge Abd Alsattar Berqdar, the official spokesman of Supreme Judicial Council, said "the Judicial Institute is one of the formations of Supreme Judicial Council held an especial course for the members of the domestic security forces courts based on the request of Ministry of Interior. Its goal is to develop their legal skills and  to train them to consider the criminal crimes that are committed by the officers and affiliates  of the domestic security forces and  the mechanism of the sentences are set by the Domestic Security Forces Penal Law and Penal Code No. 111 of 1969 amended or other punishment laws" drawing the attention to " the domestic security forces courts is one of the important formations the military judiciary in Iraq"

The official spokesman added " the other course, has been organized by the Judicial Institute for three months, was for the officers of the intelligence device in order to authorize them with investigation power"

It is  worth mentioning that the Judicial Institute has joined to Supreme Judicial Council according to the issuance the joining the judicial institute to Supreme Judicial Council Act No. (70) of 2007.
