Execution for a Terrorist Killed Iraqi Soldiers and Raped Yazidi Girl

Nineveh Criminal Court sentenced convicted of joining terrorist ISIS organization, participating in murder and raping that carried out by extremist organization  to death by hanging .

The terrorist was wearing Afghan dress and was carrying the weapon as well as he was working as intelligence member in terrorist organization to report on citizens , the reporter of the  Media Center of the Supreme Judicial Council said.

The terrorist took part in battles that happened in Zumar district , killed five members of security forces and raped  a woman of Yazidi .

The capital punishment was issued against him based on his clear confession before the court and the statements of witnesses and in accordance with article (4) of Anti-Terrorism Act  No.(13) of 2005.
