Maysan Criminal Court rules a criminal on blackmail of companies ‎and the explosion of a mill ‎

Maysan Criminal Court sentenced a criminal (K.J) to 21 years in prison.

The court issued the first judgment against the criminal of 15 years imprisonment on the offense of bombing a mill to provide ration card items by using rocket RBG7 in accordance with article 2/1 and pursuant to article 4/1 of Anti-Terrorism Act No.13 of 2005, the reporter of the Media Center of the Supreme Judicial Council stated.

It also sentenced him to 6 years in prison to blackmail companies in accordance with articles 430/1  and articles 47,48,49 of Penal Code.
